Happy news for Indians travelling to UAE.

As per latest update by Government of UAE, all Indians with valid UAE resident visa who have taken UAE approved vaccines even from India can apply with ICA to travel back to UAE.

So Indians with valid UAE resident visa, who have taken 2 doses of Covieshield or Sputnik V or Pfizer from India or one dose from UAE and other dose from India also can travel to UAE.

From those passengers with Dubai visa, they can even travel without any vaccination.



In short, latest vaccination related travel details for Indians with UAE resident visa :

1)     All Dubai visa holders from India can even travel without any vaccination.

2)     Indians with visa with other emirates ( Abu Dhabi, RAK, Sharjah, etc…) should atleast take both doses of UAE approved vaccines from UAE or India.


In both cases, passengers have to fulfill other terms which includes:

1)     They have to get RTPCR negative 48 hours before travel time.

2)     Should get Rapid PCR test taken 4 hours prior to travel from airport

3)     Dubai visa holders must apply with GDRFA approval and other emirate visa holders must take ICA approval prior to travel.

4)     Take PCR test at UAE airport on arrival.

5)     Download UAE health ministry app – ALHOSN UAE and register in it.

6)     Strictly adhere to quarantine ( if any) as instructed by airport officer depending on arrival airport.
