Job description: Latest Junior accountant jobs in Dubai | Junior accountant Salary in Dubai

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

– Maintain financial records and or accounting operations based on accounting principles
– Prepare budget estimates, annual reports, cash flow predictions and pro forma analysis
– Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.
– Carry out financial operational management of contracts or subsidies
– Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses
– Conduct financial investigations and support external audits
– Participate in appraisal, asset evaluation and capitalization
– Handle full-cycle accounting for a real estate portfolio including income producing and development properties with limited supervision
