 Delma Co Operative Society Supermarket Job Description:

* Delma Co Operative Society Supermarket uregenlty requires SUPERMARKET SUPERVISOR/ TEAM LEADER
* Supermarket supervisor will be responsible for the daily running of Delma Supermarket in Delma Island (Abu Dhabi - UAE).
* Supermarket supervisor should ensure promotions are accurate and in compliance with company standards.
* He/she will make sure all staff are fully informed on the target for the day and ensure that customer care is a top priority.
* The activities implemented must minimize costs while maximizing profits.
* In this position, you will basically work store opening hours.
* This is usually minimum 60 hours per week, though, in some instances, your work may include evenings and weekends.
* He/She must have minimum 8-10+ years of proven experience in the gulf especially in hypermarkets, large supermarkets etc.
* CANDIDATES WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD NEED TO APPLY ONLY.
UAE based candidates is an advantage.
