HR Officer Job Description & Responsibilities Abu Dhabi 

 * Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
* Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills and education
* Provides counseling on policies and procedures
* Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
* Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
* Maintain employee records and protects operations by keeping HR information confidential
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Other HR related tasks requested by the Manager and CEO


HR Officer Job Requirements:

 * Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
* Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
* Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
* Proficient in MS Office
* Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
* BS/BA psychology, business administration, social studies or relevant field
* Preferably Filipina
