Job Description
Drive the Loyalty and the Customer Value Management Strategy for Home Centre, in order to enhance the customer experience, support increased sales, retention and expand customer relationships
Customer
• Revalidate the customer profile for HC in coordination with the Corporate analytics teams and redefine customer segmentation
• Manage customer propositions, undertake customer reviews, segmentation and product penetration analyses, prepare fact packs
• Improve the effectiveness of customer acquisition, customer wallet share deepening, customer value management and customer retention
• Take responsibility to reduce churn and build preventive and win back activities
• Develop proactive retention initiatives
• Understand business requirements and provide integrated campaign services/solutions across multiple channels to meet business goals.
People
• Liaise with Corporate analytics teams to understand best practices and roll out campaigns
• Work with internal teams including Retail, IT, and Marketing to define campaign requirements and ensure successful roll out of the same
• Responsible for execution of CVM strategy and ensure all relevant stakeholders receive information on CVM campaigns, to ensure smooth customer experience
Offer
• Monitor ROI on each campaign / CVM activity
Review campaign results and make recommendation on refinements to campaigns that will result in improved performance
Marketing strategy
• Make recommendations for customer segmented marketing strategy from insights and develop campaigns for digital , social and CVM
• Drive a single view of customer across loyalty program, digital and social
